The Government of Montenegro is oriented toward economy structure changes, and for several years already it has been realizing through development of small and medium-sized enterprises, as a dominant form of economy activity organization. This orientation is directed to actual world processes, which emphasize SME development, using profit efficiency and proved advantages of adapting small businesses through dynamic changes in economy.
